Especially noteworthy was an auction for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association with a sales price of 4.6 million dollars. Along with his vast experience in the real estate and auction industry, he is a well-respected real estate developer and investor with a proven track record in many prominent developments. He has personally developed over 20 residential subdivisions. Tommy is a past Director, Vice President and President of the Kentucky Auctioneers Association, a past member of the board of Directors for the National Auctioneers Association and a charter member of the Certified Auctioneers Institute (now Auction Marketing Institute). He is a frequent speaker across the United States for the National Auctioneers Association, a speaker at numerous Realtors state seminars and conventions and is considered a leader in the real estate auction industry.
