Kim is a native of Cave City, Kentucky. She attended Western Kentucky University where she obtained a BA in health sciences. Kim has three wonderful children, two Yorkshire Terriers and one Jack Russell. After working 10 years in dental hygiene without the flexible hours she needed to be with her children during their after school sports, she decided to venture out as a career woman and open up her own business. Kim originated her first business, True Value Homes of Kentucky, in Cave City in 1996 where she sold affordable housing. She obtained her Mortgage brokers license in 1998. Kim and her family moved to Bowling Green in 2006 where she opened up her third office location for Prestige Title Company. Kim presently serves on the State Board of the Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute as one of only two women. REALTOR / P4 PRO Gerald M. Rose, better known as Jerry to most, was born and raised in Alvaton, Warren County, Kentucky. He is the son of the late Ted Rose and Euleta and is married to Kibby. Upon graduation from Alvaton High School, Jerry joined the Air Force where he spent seven years. Almost three of those seven years were spent in Asia. He returned to the United States and attended Western Kentucky University. Afterwards, his employment mainstay was in the farming industry . He corporate farmed for 12 years in management and then left to join the swine genetics industry. He worked for PIC, LLC. in a management capacity for 14 years. This venture took him to Oklahoma for almost 10 years. He later left the agricultural arena , went to work for a government contract company, Dyn Corp Technical Services on Vance Air Force Base, Enid Oklahoma, again in a managerial position. In March of 2003, family responsibilities brought Jerry and his wife, Kibby back to Warren County where they reside in Alvaton on the family farm.
